Privacy

We try to collect as little as possible. This page explains what is gathered when you use the site and what happens to it.

What we collect

  • Contact form. If you write to us, we receive what you put in the form — your message, and optionally a name and email if you choose to provide them. Name and email are not required.
  • Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host may log standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use this to build profiles of you.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell or rent your information.
  • We don’t run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels.
  • We don’t require an account to read anything.

Where it’s stored

The site and contact messages are hosted on Google Firebase. Data is processed on Google’s infrastructure under their security and privacy terms. Messages you send are stored so we can read and respond to them.

Cookies

The site itself doesn’t set marketing or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies required to serve and secure the site.

Keeping you safe

A public web form is convenient but never perfectly secure. If you’re sharing something sensitive, please protect yourself: use an email account and network that aren’t tied to your identity, and send only what you’re comfortable sending.

Removing your data

You can ask us to delete a message you sent, or any personal detail you shared, by emailing shersashblog@gmail.com. We’ll remove it unless we’re required to keep it.

Children

The site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above. Material changes will be noted on the site.
